This month’s class is Beginning Genealogy with instructor Ann Blomquist, MEd, held on Saturday, February 20 from 1:15 pm-4 pm. Learn how to begin your family search using family, governmental, library, and electronic resources. Pre-registration is required and opens Feb. 8. Call (865) 215-8809 to register.
Next month’s class will be Using Ancestry on the Internet with instructor Eric Head of the Knox County Archives. The class will be held on March 13 from 1:15-2:45 pm. Registration begins March 1.
The genealogy workshop is a program of the East Tennessee Historical Society, the Knox County Archives, and the McClung Historical Collection—Knox County Public Library.
