Join us for a very special dinner & concert event with Knoxville’s favorite singer/songwriter. There is no better way to celebrate Valentine’s this year.

Your ticket includes an intimate performance by Erick Baker, a four course meal prepared by Cafe 4 served at your own private, candlelit table, an autographed copy of Erick’s latest CD and a long-stemmed red rose.Tax & Gratuity also included.

THE NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU PURCHASE AT A TIME DETERMINES HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE SEATED AT YOUR TABLE.Ticket price is per person.

For example, if you purchase two tickets, you will have a table for two. If you purchase three tickets, you will have a table for three, etc.

Tables are available in groups of two, three or four. For larger parties please call the Square Room at 865.544.4199 to make arrangements.

Chef’s Duet - Port Wine Demi Filet w/ Crab & Red Pepper Stuffed Shrimp, w/ Smoky Tomato Hollandaise.  Served w/ garlic whipped potatoes & roasted asparagus.

Sea Scallops - Pan seared w/ wild mushroom risotto, champagne fonduta & fried leeks.

Herb Roasted Organic Chicken - Sweet Tea brined breast on a bed of smoky kale w/ fingerling potatoes, boursin cream reduction & roasted carrots.

Roast Vegetable En Croute - Eggplant, sweet peppers, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes & mushrooms w/ boursin cheese in roasted puff pastry w/ basil & red pepper pesto.
