Annual Meeting and June Board of Directors Meeting

The CBID will hold elections at its Annual Meeting on Monday, June 27 at 11:30 in the Market House room of the Chamber at 17 Market Square. The CBID membership will elect a business representative and a stakeholder representative.
The CBID board member positions are three-year terms, and members are eligible to serve two terms consecutively. The Board must have a minimum of six property owners and be composed of four business (for-profit) representatives, two residential representatives, two stakeholders representatives and one appointment from the Mayor of the City of Knoxville. 

CBID Board Directors will vote on the budget for Fiscal Year 2011 – 2012 and elect of offices for the upcoming year, starting July 1, 2011.
