CBID Elects New Board Member & Officers

In yesterday’s annual meeting, the CBID membership elected Marshall Stair as the organization’s newest member of the board of directors. Marshall is a resident of downtown Knoxville and an attorney with Lewis, King, Krieg & Waldrop, PC.

Additionally, Patrick Hunt was re-elected to the board. Patrick has served for the last year as chair of the CBID board.  Both Patrick and Marshall will serve three-year terms beginning July 1.

During the meeting, Jennifer Holder was also honored for her four years of service to the CBID board. Jennifer will be rolling off the board in July, but her work and dedication to the organization will not soon be forgotten.

Board officers were also elected including:
Robyn Askew, Chair
John Sanders, Vice-Chair
Matt Synowiez, Treasurer
Patrick Hunt, Secretary
