Revised Strategic Plan Draft Available for Review

At the end of last month, the CBID board of directors held a workshop to review public comments submitted to the CBID from downtown property owners and stakeholders. Revisions to the plan have been made with major highlights including the addition of current CBID work and priorities included as a separate strategic priority and the elimination of the “One Voice” strategic priority.  The revised plan can be viewed here: [Strategic Plan PDF]

The board of directors has not yet approved the revised plan, but will review and discuss the plan at the next board meeting at 11:30 a.m., January 25 at the CBID offices at 17 Market Square.

The strategic plan is designed to serve as a roadmap for the next three years. This plan includes four strategic priorities each with measurable goals, objectives, timetables, and financial impact.
