Old City Live Keeps Thursday Nights Rocking

Sundown in the City may be over, but Old City Live is looking to live music downtown with a new free concert series.

Old City Live will start Thursday, July 2 and run through September 24. The Historic Old City District Association will host the shows in the Old City courtyard located between Southbound and Barley’s. The concert gates open at 7pm shows start at 8pm and last until 11pm.

The show on July 2 will feature Mic Harrison & the High Score and J.C. & the Dirty Smokers.

The Old City now has plenty of free parking. As part of T-DOT’s Smart Fix 40 project, there is now a paved, well-lit, and free parking lot located between Jackson and Willow avenues.
