Parking Break Program

The Central Business Improvement District is offering discounted or free parking to those visiting the Heart of Knoxville. The Downtown Knoxville Parking Break program allows visitors to park in one of thousands of participating parking spaces in Downtown Knoxville for free or at a discounted price. Visitors can also ride the KAT buses into the heart of the city at a reduced price or ride the free trolley. Participating downtown merchants and businesses will provide parking validation or offer Parking Break tokens good for KAT bus rides into Downtown Knoxville or at participating parking locations.
