Help us celebrate Mardi Gras Growl in Downtown Knox with the Mardi Growl Cajun Crawl. A week of food, fun, and festivities for all ages plus four-legged friends. Downtown restaurants, bars, and boutiques will be celebrating with events and specials beginning the last weekend of February and continuing until the Mardi Growl Parade and Festival on Saturday, March 3.

Gumbos, Jambalayas, Rémoulades, and Oysters. Bread Puddings, Pralines, and Beignets. Jazz, Zydeco, Cocktails, and Fun. Beads, Beads, and More Beads. And…for the 11th year...a Mardi Growl Pet Parade and Festival!

The 11th Annual Young-Williams Animal Center Mardi Growl Parade starts at noon on Saturday, March 3 in the Old City with a Festival from noon-3pm on Market Square. 

Where to park? Downtown Knoxville has over 5,500 free parking spaces on weeknights after 6pm and on weekends. Once you've parked, hop on the FREE trolley to get all around downtown. The green line runs between Gay St and the Old City with stops about every 10 minutes.
