This sinfully sinister tavern features pop punk music, ghoulish glassware, decor inspired by classic horror movies, and will feature 16 transformative elixirs that will send your inner beast howling into the night!

Chismoso

Get ready for a spellbinding sip! Chismoso is conjuring up a wickedly delicious Apple Butter Margarita that’ll have you howling for more! New this year, they'll also have a Pumpkin Spice Carajillo (Carajillo is the Spanish version of an espresso martini). Plus, don't miss DJ night on Halloween!

Eddie's Health Shoppe

Eddie's Health Shoppe will be chock-full of Halloween themed products! These include Anabar Death by Peanut Butter protein bars, Crazy Rumors Candy Corn lip balm, as well as an array of pumpkin items.

There’s something new brewing downtown! Fred’s Around the Corner, formerly Knox Brew Hub/Fred Beans and Rice, is opening its doors with a fresh new look, great drinks, and local Halloween-themed art for sale that’s downright Wicked Cool.

Scary sips are brewing at Jacks. Enjoy their fall seasonal menu, including the Pumpkin Patch Iced Coffee, Sweater Weather Latte, Apple Pie Parfait, and more! While you enjoy your coffee, be sure to check out all the local items for purchase including candles, books, soaps, plants, locally made goods, and other seasonal odds-and-ends.

J.C. Holdway

J.C. Holdway is summoning spirits with The Bitter Ghost, a hauntingly smooth mix of tequila, mezcal, Cynar, and house-made apple molasses. Topped with cinnamon bitters and a dried apple slice, it’s the kind of cocktail that lingers long after midnight.

K Brew

Downtown’s favorite haunt for coffee is going is bringing back their annual favorite! K Brew’s Pumpkin Pie Latte and Pumpkin Pie Sweet Foam Cold Brew mix pumpkin pie syrup, vanilla whipped cream, cinnamon, and real pumpkin for a potion of pure fall delight.

Kilwins

Spooky, sweet, and only here for October, Kilwins Halloween Caramel Apples are the hand-dipped treat you have to get your creepy hands on!

Knoxville Visitors Center

Head to the Knoxville Visitors Center for all your fall shopping! The visitors center's gift shop is loaded with Halloween candy treats, locally-made t-shirts, hats, posters, and more and will be decked out in Halloween decor too!

Knox Whiskey Works has resurrected a ghostly delight once adored by the living! Mahalo Coffee Roasters

Mahalo Coffee Roasters has captured everything good about this season and put it in a delicious selection of beverages. The Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew (pictured) knows the warm weather isn’t over yet, so stay cool with this spiced cold brew topped with pumpkin cold foam! The Back For S’more is a cookie butter, marshmallow mocha that will give you all the camp vibes. Or try the Pumpkin Pie Chai. Mahalo's classic chai with a seasonal twist!

Maple Hall

In the cryptic underground corners of Maple Hall, order up a fall cocktail like you've never had before. Try the Black Magic Margarita (pictured) with charcoal-infused tequila, triple sec, lime, agave, and edible glitter, the Caramel Apple with apple cider, caramel, sparkling soda, garnished with a Tootsie caramel apple sucker, or the Pumpkin Spiced Dude with Wheatley vodka, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, pumpkin spice syrup, and oat milk.

Get your hands on the most adorable Halloween merch from Paris Woodhull Illustrations! Shop a brand new spooky shirt design, as well as some familiar favorites. She designed and screen-printed them right in her studio/shop on the 100 block of Gay Street, and they are "boo" cute to pass up! The store will also have spooky stickers as well!

The Phoenix Pharmacy & Fountain

If an ice cream hankering haunts your taste buds, The Phoenix Pharmacy & Fountain awaits. Pictured here is the seasonal Apple Frost Milkshake – made with blended vanilla ice cream, fresh apple cider from upstate New York, and garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon. The Apple Frost is our go to dessert for sweater weather!

Postmodern Spirits

Creep on over to Postmodern Spirits for a special pop up bar - The Haunted "Cocktail" Laboratory. Join them for a special menu of themed cocktails, decorated tasting room, and a seasonal barrel rested gin!

Preservation Pub

Good grief, it’s The Great PupKin! 🎃 Preservation Pub is serving up this playful mix of Fireball and orange pineapple; a spicy-sweet toast to Snoopy, pumpkin patches, and Halloween fun.

Pretentious Beer

October has arrived and Pretentious Beer is only serving up treats down here at Pretentious! Peach Please is the perfect beer for sipping during this awesome autumn weather we’ve been experiencing this year. Fun fact, they use 15 pounds of Peach O gummy rings in every batch and you can tell from the first sniff/sip!

Pretentious Glass

It's spooky season in the Old City, and the gallery at Pretentious Glass will be decked out with more glass pumpkins than you can fit on your front porch! Collect their pumpkins in spicy and spooky colors to create the perfect autumn patch.

Proper Popcorn

This Halloween season, grab a festive bag of Pumpkin Cheesecake Drizzle from Proper Popcorn in Market Square. Feeling a bit more ghoulish? Then sink your teeth into Zombie Mix, a delicious blend of orange, green apple, and grape that will make your tastebuds come back to life! These tasty delights are available for a short time only, so be sure to grab yours before they vanish like a ghost in the night!

Rala

Rala always has the best greeting cards, puzzles, and gifts for every occasion, and Halloween is no exception. Swing by their store in the Old City for Spooktacular Merch, along with their "Haunted Art Show"—a collaborative exhibition of creepy, eerie, spine-tingling, and all around haunted art pieces from multiple local artists, on exhibit (and for sale). The art show is on First Friday, October 3 and the exhibit will be on display through October 31.

Rocket Fizz

Trick or treat! You'll want to venture to Rocket Fizz for all things Halloween candy, from pumpkin-shaped chocolates and candy corn to gross-out flavors of soda pop. Along with the awfully delicious collection of candies, they also spooky toys, plushies, and more, to celebrate the season!

Ruby Sunshine

There's no other way to say it... Ruby Sunshine has some scary good boozy boos for the 21+ crowd. Try the Chai Bourbon Milk Punch (pictured), featuring Benchmark Bourbon, chai tea infused milk and cream, chai caramel. Or if you're craving something a bit more classic, we suggest going for the Pumpkin Spice (Iced or Hot) Latte. French Truck espresso, pumpkin spiced milk and cream, and whipped cream make this fall treat anything but your basic PSL.

Scruffy City Hall

At Scruffy City Hall, things get Bat Sh*t Crazy in the best way. This spicy tropical blend with Black Bacardi Rum is all trick, all treat, and just the right amount of mischief.

The Spice & Tea Exchange

The Spice & Tea Exchange will be bubbling and brewing the Witch's Brew Tea all day long! This delicious concoction is a blend of, spiced ruby cider, blueberry black tea, and cinnamon sugar. Just request it at the Tea Bar.

Sunsphere Welcome Center

Get ready to howl at the... sun. The Sunsphere Welcome Center is hosting a scavenger hunt on the Observation Deck! Search for cut-out Sunsphere Jack-o-Lanterns—each one has a letter that forms a secret word. Solve the word and win a Sunsphere Jack-o-Lantern sticker. Additionally, the Sunsphere will be hosting a Halloween Costume Contest on Friday October 31. Show up in costume and get half off regular admission! Photos of costume contest participants will be posted on @sunsphereknox social media where followers can vote their favorite costume. Prizes will be given to first and second place.

Tern Club

Tern Club is becoming "The Dollhouse" once again for October with creepy cocktails in a playful atmosphere. Dare to order the Annabelle: Creation 12 with gin, St. Germaine, pomegranate, rosemary, lemon, and sparkling wine. Two other cocktails round out the spooky menu: The Tiffany Valentine 13 with bourbon, Bruto, ginger liqueur, cardamom, lemon, and cassis; and the Baby Oopsie Daisy 14 with Batavia Arrack, Pisco, Maraschino Strega, lime, grapefruit, and Blue Curacao.

Tommy Trent's

“This is Halloween!” and Tommy Trent's Sports Saloon is celebrating with Nightmare Before Christmas, a creamy blend of almond milk, pumpkin, and RumChata that’s pure magic in a glass.
