For Artists + Makers

A variety of businesses, arts organizations, and galleries host artists and makers in their downtown spaces. If you are interested in exhibiting your work, review the list below of venues that are actively looking to connect. 

It is recommended that you read the profiles carefully to determine venues that are best suited for your work as every space is unique; then submit a completed Artist Form (along with photos of your work) to the appropriate contacts.

Interest: Variety! Venue includes many 3D art displays, but open to most anything.


From the venue: "We are a 24,000 sq. ft. maker space with over 25 artists/businesses so a good crowd likes to come through during ArtWalk knowing many makers will have items on display ."

From the venue: "The Emporium is managed by the Arts & Culture Alliance. Five exhibition spaces are rotated each month, and our community draws 1,500+ on a First Friday! We also welcome numerous visitors throughout the month for private events, receptions, fundraisers, etc."

From the venue: "Jacks on 133 S Gay St is a local coffee shop that sell coffee, goods, and plants with vintage brick wall. We love supporting local artists and vendors."

  • Art must be 2D (framed paperwork, paintings, photography) 
  • Displayed on a brick wall that gives a vintage look. The space can accommodate large works of art.
  • Art must be family friendly.
  • Artists are booked three to four months in advance. 
  • Art is displayed for one month. It should be installed on the 1st and taken down on the last down on the last day of the month.

Interest: We are open to photography, paintings, 2D art, etc.


From the venue: "We allow business cards, brochures, additional placard, etc. with artist/purchasing information. We aid in promotion with social media posts, Facebook event pages, etc. "

  • Art will be displayed on vintage brick walls, by nails
  • Displayed for one month.
  • Artwork is displayed in our upstairs Maple Room. The Maple Room is open Wednesday through Saturday. Artist is responsible for hanging artwork, although we are on hand to help. Nails have already been specifically placed and cannot be moved.
